My voice lives at the intersection of rhythm and structure—in that sweet little spot where cadence and construct are basically BFF.
In other words, I balance artistic flow with editorial discipline. (Think: writing with a pulse and a blueprint.)
Emotional intelligence
At the heart of it all is a deep respect for both the story and the audience. I don’t manufacture feeling; I simply reveal it. I map space for readers to meet themselves somewhere inside the work.
I believe syntax is sacred, humor is a tool, and meaning is earned.
Off the Page
When I’m not writing, I’m raising two wildly wonderful humans (16 and 9), chasing music, wandering outdoors, and geeking out on astrology and integrative psychotherapy.
I daydream about more saltwater and fewer screens, and I’m endlessly drawn to the [mysterious/enigmatic]—the beautifully offbeat, the emotionally charged, the slightly unhinged.
